Sorry about this scan - it's a little overexposed. The greeting in the oval says, "hello little baby {welcome home!}" and comes from the hostess stamp set entitled, "Sweet little sentiments".

Lynn has created a very pink & girly card for a new baby. Many different punches were used. The Whisper White mat was punched with the scallop edge punch on the top & bottom and then glued to a Pretty in Pink card. Pink Pirouette card stock was used to create the baby buggy wheels and edging as well as the scallop oval mat for the greeting. Pink Pirouette Patterns DSP was punched with the scallop circle punch, cut in half and only one of which was cut into quarters. 1/2 & 1/4 of the scallop circle were then arranged into the baby buggy. So cute!
