This "Best wishes" card swap is one I received from Pat and features the Parisian Breeze specialty Designer Series paper. This striped heavy weight paper has a fabric weave texture that makes me think of an awning (I guess it would have to be on the streets of Paris, oui?). It particularly reminds me of an awning because it was punched with the eyelet border punch. The white card front was run through the Big Shot with the Texturz plate to emboss those pretty polka dots. "Best wishes" from the "Oval All" stamp set was stamped in Basic Brown ink, colored in with a Baja Breeze ink pad and a blender pen, then punched out with the large oval punch. This was layered on top of a Baja Breeze scallop oval punch-out before it was stuck to the center of the card with a Stampin' Dimensional. Tres magnifique!
