I used the Big Shot and "Simple Flower" embosslit to create the colorful flowers on this Mother's Day card that I made for my Mom & Mother-in-law.

Today's card is the one that I created for Mother's Day and features a Regal Rose card that was trimmed on the bottom (ever so slightly) and then punched with the eyelet border punch. Inside the card, a piece of shimmery white was layered near the bottom so that just a small strip of Regal Rose showed on the bottom. The Kiwi Kiss leafy patterned paper from the "Walk in the Park" DSP pack was also punched with the eyelet border punch before it was layered onto the bottom portion of the card. A length of Baja Breeze double-stitched grosgrain ribbon was glued to the card front to cover up the top seam of the Kiwi Kiss DSP. "Happy Mother's Day" from the All Holidays stamp set was stamped in Rose Red ink at the top right of the card. 3 flowers in Lovely Lilac, So Saffron and Pretty in Pink were die cut & embossed all in one step with the Big Shot & the "Simple flower" embosslit. Some Old Olive card stock was also run through the Big Shot with the Little Leaves Sizzlit die. The little leaves and flowers were layered onto the cardfront with SNAIL and Stampin' Dimensionals. The last little accents that were added were the flower centers: a Very Vanilla button, a half-back pearl and a Lilac rhinestone brad. The Big Shot really helps to make card making much easier!
