This card is an older swap that I received from a fellow demonstrator, Amber. She used the now retired hostess set "Both way Blossoms" to stamp up some lovely roses on Very Vanilla card stock. They were colored in with the Always Artichoke, Regal Rose & Rose Red stamp pads & an Aqua Painter. The tip to watercoloring with the Aqua painter and stamp pads is to squeeze the center of the ink pad together between both palms so that the lid touches the surface of the pad & transfers the ink to the lid. After you open the pad - don't slide & lock the lid in place, instead leave it open to serve as your artist's palette. After coloring in the roses, Amber wrapped a piece of olive narrow organdy ribbon around the bottom and tied it in a knot. Next the roses were matted on to a Rose Red rectangle and then adhered to the card. The "thank you" greeting was stamped with Always Artichoke ink along the right edge of the card. A beautiful sample!
