This bright & cheery card uses 2 different "In colors" from a couple of years ago: Cool Caribbean & Marigold Morning. The Rose Red really helps to make these colors pop.

Here's another happy and cheerful card from my swap archives. This Cool Caribbean all-purpose card features lots of dots! A hefty strip of Rose Red card stock was roughened along its long edges with a bone folder before being glued to the card with SNAIL. Next, a strip of Whisper White card stock was wheeled with the "Spot On" jumbo wheel that had been inked up by running it across the Cool Caribbean ink pad. The "happy" and "for you" stamps were inked up in Rose Red ink and stamped on top of the wheeled dots. This was then glued on top of the roughened Rose Red piece. The circle & flower stamps were inked up with rose red ink and stamped on both Rose Red and Marigold card stock. Various sized circle punches were used to punch these images out & they were then attached to the edges of the greeting strip with SNAIL.
